The tandoor is a cylindrical clay oven that has been used in Indian cooking for over 5,000 years. At Indian Valley Restaurant, we continue this ancient tradition, using our tandoor to create dishes with a distinctive smoky flavor and perfect texture.
Our tandoor reaches temperatures of up to 480°C (900°F), cooking meats quickly while sealing in juices and creating a beautiful char on the outside. This is what gives our tandoori chicken and seekh kebabs their signature taste.
